New Better Than Therapy features
Here at Better Than Therapy, I like to play around with gadgets and gimmicks (the pop-up bikini models are in beta testing!). At the moment I am testing a feature offered by Answers.com where the site visitor (that’s you) can double-click on any word on the page and be given a definition or a fact. So test it out - come to the site (if you’re reading this in your RSS reader or email subscription) and double-click on any word. You should then get a pop-up window from Answers.com with a definition or a fact. But unfortunately it doesn’t work in the Opera browser or the Safari browser. Boo sucks.
I haven’t been posting much here lately as I have been giving all my best material to sites that are paying me to write for them. But I intend to start posting a lot more stuff here soon. I have mostly been concentrating lately on tweaking the site design. For example, in the right hand sidebar, you can now see - and subscribe to - my Twitter updates, Diggs, Stumbles and Google Reader shared items. I have also been removing features and moving other things around to make the site a bit more user-friendly.
If you would like to see what I have been writing on other blogs, check out my published writing page. They really are getting the cream of my crop at the moment. In general, December is a low productivity month for me due to the extremely cold weather (my depression is partly seasonal) and also because there are so many Christmas-related events going on. But come January, I should be racing ahead. Stick with me.
